Pf Membership

Overview

By purchasing the Confident Parent Package, you agree to the terms below. This package provides personalised parenting and sleep coaching through private sessions and membership access.

What’s Included

  • Twelve (12) private coaching sessions (via Zoom or in person within the Calgary area, discussed and confirmed with Brenda in advance).
  • Twelve (12) months of Parenting Foundations Membership, including group sessions, live Q&As, private messaging, and access to the video vault.

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at checkout.
  • All purchases are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Payment confirms your spot and activates your 12-month membership access.
  • All prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling & Session Policy

  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and conducted via Zoom or, if applicable, in person in Calgary.
  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may receive the remaining time only.

Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
  • Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited (no reschedule or refund).

Session Expiry

  • All 12 sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
  • Unused sessions after 12 months expire and cannot be carried forward, extended, or refunded.

In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions are available within the Calgary area, following discussion and confirmation with Brenda.

Cancellations by Parenting Foundations

In rare cases (illness, emergency, unforeseen events), we may reschedule with as much notice as possible and arrange a new time.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All sessions and communications are confidential.
  • Information will not be disclosed without your consent, except when required by law or for safety concerns.
  • Personal information is handled in line with Canadian privacy standards. 

Disclaimer

  • Parenting and sleep coaching are educational and supportive services and do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
  • Always consult appropriate licensed professionals as needed.
  • Individual results vary; no outcomes are guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, and resources are owned by Parenting Foundations. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parenting Foundations and Brenda McSween are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Confident Parent Package.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Alberta jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
